The 'ugly green box' is the stall outside the Post Office that fixes watch straps.

Webcam works well with me....great to have one in Witney.....I sent it round to lots of people who have been away from the area for years.....but some cannot access it ...... the "ugly green box" is the man who is in the Market Square some days in the week changing watch batteries, and selling watch straps.....it is not there all the time!!!! Barbra.

Thanks for the info. When I looked later the watch guy had gone.
I live in Greensboro N.C. now. Went to Henry Box School and remember lots of the pubs.
My sister and dad still live in Witney.
