I am currently in the throws of starting a new service in west oxfordshire, and i am looking for any feedback. In the 50s and 60s there was a business that consisted of a grocery van coming to your area with low cost products on that you can purchase then and there, i am looking to bring this back to our area. As we all know the credit crunch is really taking hold so we will be bringing to your door cheaper brand names of all houseold products, we will be very competative in our prices as we wont be covered with excessive overheads.
What i would like is some feedback, on wether any of you would use this service if it came to your area? were abouts are you? would you buy out of a transit van or would you like to see something more traditional old vehicle, thats if it makes a difference? would you be ok if we knocked on your door to say we are there? and what sort of times would you all prefer.
I know i am asking alot, but could you ask your friends and family to either email me or come to this site and answer this subject. I am looking for over 100 yes's before we go ahead with this.

I think that this is a fantastic idea... I would love to see someone selling fresh fish in this way around Witney.

Also homemade and local produce... Maybe you could team up with somewhere like Huffkins?
