I'm with Brandon05, if anyone can recommend some cottages for my upcoming stay to Oxford I'd be really grateful. I think it would be so romantic staying in a picturesque cottage surrounded by beautiful scenery, especially after spending 20+ years living in grey Manchester and having grown up on the Isle of Wight.

I don't have any advice to offer but I was looking at different cottages for when my girlfriend comes to visit me in the summer. I'd love to be able to find a nice cozy place with pretty scenery to visit for a few days during this period of time so any suggestions would be great.

I don't have any idea about such cottages here.These are most suitable for vacations but you can also opt for beautiful hotels here as an alternative.

Sorry, but i'd stick to the set of great hotels which are situated in this area. There much more comfortable and with twice the scenery. Ill take room service over relaxing any day.

I am really not to sure of the price. The reason I was looking into cottages is because I am around people all day long and was looking for something that is more intimate with not as many people around.
