Day by day the anti-social behaviour around Wallingford is increasing at high speed.Wallingford residents are facing lot of problems from those naughty guys.It is unbearable specially around mid-night.Residents are not safe during this time.Should we watch these nuisance behaviour from those guys ?What steps the local administration should take to control them ?

I am not to sure are you referring to specific things being done? I would think that maybe if it is young kids putting some kind of curfew in effect might be a start and help somewhat.

That is very bad. The police should send them to jail for ten years for a big punishment. They should not be given any kind of mercy. That would be the perfect punishment.

Wow, let's not be too harsh. They are kids, after all. Anti-social behavior can be caused by many things. For one, it is not at all healthy. Anti-social adolescents are the most prone to being serial killers and psychopaths when they grow up. If they don't do something about this soon, Wallingford might get to be too scary a place to live in.
