Attention, Train Commuters! 2008/05/03 14:08 Karma: 0
Are you one of the commuters who are fed up with train delays? Well, there is now hope that at least 90% of all the trains running in the Cotswold Line will run on time!

The Oxforshire City Council is hoping that the government will approve its proposed upgrading of the said line. To increase the chances that it will be heard, the City Council is urging all commuters to write to the Secretary of State to support the project. Now, are you ready to write that letter? I should think so!

I guess it's time for us to take action and support the city council! This is for our benefit, too, so we should lobby for it. Imagine not having to suffer any more delays or cancellations? Whew, what a relief!

Though sometimes delays are unevitable... I think it is a good move and effort So I guess supporting the city council is not a bad idea either =)

Of course, we should write that letter. No harm writing a letter for progress, even though we can't be sure that it will produce results. The City Council might be an efficient body, but even the City Council will not be able to prevent certain train delays.

Cheers!
