Hey, what do you think about the Parenting Programme (Managing Difficult Behavior Course)? Has it helped curb the incidence of youth offending? As I know it, the course was designed to help parents deal with and control the behaviour of teenage delinquents. Any success so far?

As I am not from Oxforshire myself, I do not have firsthand information regarding this. But reading about the Parenting Programme in this thread made me believe that the government is really trying to curb teen offenders from committing more delinquent behaviour in the future.
