Thank you for the suggestion. I didn't realize either that the oldest museum was in Oxford either. I love the ones that have activities that kids will also enjoy.

I have always been in awe of stories revolving around palaces and kingdoms so I suggest that you don't forget to visit the Blenheim Palace and the Oxford Castle! Enjoy your trip!

Oh, yes. Don't forget the Blenheim Palace. It's such a breathtaking sight! Or if you are the outdoorsy type, you can always opt to explore the scenic countryside.
Just for info, there are eight circular walks and 12 "paths for all" all throughout Oxfordshire. There are leaflets available for more detailed information.

Hey, while you're there, you can also visit the Uffington Castle, the Vale of the White Horse, and the Dragon Hill - the place where St. George, the patron saint of England, supposedly "killed the dragon"!
