Does your wife fly a plane? Just curious because knowing how to fly one would be a big deal for me. Maybe your son will live out your dream?

It doesn't look that much interesting. If people would train there than forget about it than what's the use of sending them there. It doesn't seem to be worth the try.

Ah, how great! Do you still enjoy flying, sigs? After you did the air cadets, did you pursue a career in the interest such as piloting or joining the RAF?

4 lucky members of the squadron recently spent the day with an Air to Air refueling squadron from RAF Brize Norton. The highlight of the day was a flight in a VC10 tanker, during which the photographs below were taken by the cadets.






The opportunity to do things like this is just great! i do wonder why teens are not so keen to sign up to these programmes these days and favour their bedroom and xbox

My kids enjoyed there on last Tuesday evening. Flying, gliding,shooting is just amazing there.I have decided to take them intermittently to improve their self-confidence.

It seems like it could be a very good program. I think if I had kids I would send them to something like this instead of having them sit around inside playing videogames! I wouldn't want to force them to just because I like planes though.

I would sign my sons up if possible. I would love to see then do something that they would love and enjoy. My oldest would love something like this. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Wow. This is a great program! They should make more programs like this. Even if you wouldn't want to join the RAF, the experience and knowledge you gain in the program is enough.
