If you're in Henley, try The Baskerville for an incredible meal. Save space for dessert... the chefs are excellent and change often. Check out Baskerville's rooms, too... breakfast is included in the price.

For anyone who's been here, what is your favorite entree?

I would love to also hear from people that might have stayed here. I checked out the website and I really like the atmosphere of this place. It just seems more intimate and those are the types of places that I like to stay. I thought the prices of the rooms were rather reasonable. I was able to check out the menu on their website and I would love to try the grilled duck. Of course the fish and chips sounded great too. Now I am hungry. lol

I'd go for the fish... it would provide more space for me to fill up with desserts than the duck would. Yes, I have a terrible sweet tooth!

Come on Henley residents... tell the rest of us what tastes best at the Baskerville!

I checked it out online too and plan to visit when I get round to Henley. I'm not a big fish fan but would like to try the duck (if I have the money to order a nice meal like that when I go!). I'd love to hear the opinions of people who have been there so I could know what good, cheaper meals are.

Thank you so much for the suggesting, katharina. If it weren't for you I wouldn't have known about this place. So having looked it up, it looks like a place I'd love! Even without the food the place looks so appealing.

It might not be a bad place but have you been there. Is it really that big of a building for lots of people to stay. The price must be pretty high I guess.
