I am not at all bothered by what I eat as long as it tastes good. I know it's not very good for my health, but I exercise a lot. More than many people I know of my age, anyway! I eat lots of sweets, put lots of sugar in milk etc.. Also, I eat a pretty good amount of fast food. I think being conscious of what we eat is a sign of weakness. But, we all have our own opinions! What about you?
