Has anyone ever been on a raw food diet and if so how did you feel after and are you still on it? What are your favorite things about eating raw and is their anything negative about eating raw? I have always wanted to go on a strict raw food diet consisting of raw veggies,fruits and nuts and others healthy raw foods.
