I was curious to know what are your favourite Asian foods? I like Japanese(ramen, sushi, tempura and sashimi), Chinese(noodles, dumplings etc..), Thai/Vietniamese (Tom Yum, Rice rolls etc..)

My favorite Asian food would probably be Filipino and Japanese. I'm sick of Chinese food. I'm Chinese and we eat Chinese food almost every weekend.

I am Indian; so, I love Indian food. A list of my favorite Indian dishes would be endless, but I will mention the best of them: biryani, pulau, kabab, Goan pork sarpotel, dosas, idlis, parathas, and Indian sweets.

I love Chinese too, and I know how to prepare items such as Gobi Manchurian. I know the Chinese wouldn't consider my Gobi Manchurian as a Chinese dish because I have modified it to suit my Indian taste buds. And the Chinese hotels in India do the same. They add a load of spices to Chinese dishes to make it more attractive to the Indian palate.

Cheers!
