I don't believe that raves should be banned outright but they should be monitored in a different manner. The promoters of raves should be held responsible for the ages of people admitted into the parties and they need to happen in locations where nearby residents won't be affected by the noise of an all-night party.

I agree that they are hidden just for the fact that there is probably illegal things going on at them. I think it is great as a community that everyone is working together to try to stop them.

I believe that banning RAVES all together will make the problem worse. These parties happen because teenagers crave expression and company. If they are banned, worse things might happen because these desires will end up being repressed. I think they should just be monitored.
