A guy going to a costume party was dressed as Leatherface from the movie, Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He was walking around with blood on his shirt and a chainsaw with chain taken out. Apparently, people saw him and alerted the police. It both funny and comforting to know that the police are alert about these things.
